How do I request a Price Match?
At LSX Performance Parts, We aim to make your parts purchase as easy & affordable as ever, So we have kept it simple.
Provide us with proof of the competitor’s advertised price OR written quote for the identical product.
Once your price match request is verified and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale using the same payment method, we will happily match the price & beat it where we can!
What are the exclusions?
- Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages
- Pricing with installation or labour
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites
- Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors
- Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value

What proof do I present when requesting a price match?
For Online advertised price match
Simply provide us with proof of the competitors current advertisement or website price, Showing the offer's end date & any terms and conditions.

For Written quote price match
To request a price match for a written quote, Simply upload a copy of the competitors written quote showing the offer's end date & any terms and conditions.
Use the below written quote request to upload a copy of the quote you have received.
Once we receive a copy of your advertised OR written quote & your price match request is verified, We will create an offer for you to purchase the product from us at a better price.
What are my payment options?
We have a range of payment options available on your new purchase which include:

Does your FREE FREIGHT policy apply to price matched products?
Yes, We will still continue to provide you with FREE FREIGHT in addition to the price match on the product itself.

How long is the price match quote valid for?
Your price match quote will be valid for seven (7) days from the time you receive it.
