LSX LS1 5.7L Full Engine Rebuild Kit

Our LS1 rebuild kits are designed to ensure that your mighty LS1 remains as powerful as ever!

LS engines are known for being one of the most versatile & reliable engines in the world. The fact that these engines are capable of great horsepower combined with the ability to be used for literally all applications means that it is not uncommon to clock up some serious kilometers on them. After time all engines tend to get a little tired and require a freshen up.

Whether this is due to excessive kilometers or preparing for more horsepower our rebuild kit has you covered. 

Your Rebuild Package Includes

• LS1 5.7L TIK Pistons Set - ONLY supplied in +.010" oversize
• NPR Chromoly Piston Rings Set - 1.5mm top ring, 1.5mm second ring & 3.0mm oil ring
• ACL Main Bearing
• ACL Conrod Bearings Set
• Full LS1 Engine Gasket Kit - See below for gasket kit inclusions
• LS1 Head Bolts Set - *** PLEASE ADVISE IN ORDER COMMENTS IF STAGGERED OR SAME LENGTH REQUIRED ***

 NOTE: If your LS1 5.7L engine has press fit rods, The small end journal will need to be honed to suit.

We ONLY supply in + .10" oversize due to factory bore NOT being suitable for a standard size piston in most cases.

Please Note: Due to ongoing supply shortages in piston & bearing availability we may supply alternative brand items at the same or better quality.
