LSA Darton Re-sleeved 427ci 7.0L | Short Motor

LSX Performance Parts proudly supply our LSA customers with our Darton re-sleeved stroker package!

This package is specifically aimed at turning your standard GM alloy 6.2L LSA block into a purpose built 427ci stroker engine capable of supporting not only your current horsepower, But your future horsepower goals too.

The factory GM LSA engine is one of the very best, most innovative & most powerful engines to be released from GM in their history of engines. The LSA engine was never intended to make any more than the 550 HP that it produced from factory, However with very minimal effort, Most LSA owners are well & truely exceeding this.

It is well known that the LSA engines have very brittle & thin sleeves from factory, Along with considerable ring gap issues & bearing failure to name a few.

Our process is to remove the OEM bore sleeves & install Darton sleeves.

Darton sleeves are proudly 100% all American designed, Manufactured, Developed, Tested & Proven to be of the absolute highest quality material & feature a much higher tensile strength sleeve than OEM offers OR any other manufacturer of its kind.

Darton sleeves are considerably thicker & provide guaranteed NO movement of sleeves under high horsepower, High RPM & big boost applications.

This guarantee is made possible by its unique use of "steps" built into their design to alleviate any possibility of ever "dropping" a sleeve which is a problem with stock straight sleeves. These sleeves allow us to go up to a maximum of 4.185" bore - Please note - Although the Darton sleeves can go to a maximum 4.185" bore, We will NOT exceed the 4.125" bore for boosted engines.
